Brownies

I love brownies. They are hard to get wrong. The perfect chocolate brownies are gooey and sticky. They’ve got a papery top, with plenty of cracks, and the middle sticks to your teeth as you eat them. But, if you overbake them, you end up with a fab chocolate cake. What have you got to lose?

Brownies should be rich and filled with flavour. But, this doesn’t mean that they are difficult or hard to make.
