It is the reader’s responsibility to determine the value and quality of any recipe or instructions provided for food preparation and to determine the nutritional value if any, and safety of the preparation instructions.

The recipes presented are intended for entertainment and/or informational purposes and for use by persons having the appropriate technical skill, at their own discretion and risk.

While I prepare the recipes at my own risk, I assume that should you desire to follow the recipes in this blog, you are doing so “at your own risk”. I am not liable or responsible for:

  • Adverse reactions to food consumed such as food poisoning and any kind of food-borne disease
  • Misinterpreted recipe
  • Domestic accidents, including but not limited to fires in your kitchen, a cut finger, or flour-covered kitchen countertop
  • Incidents and illness involving the storage and reheating of food

I make no guarantees for the outcome of your cooking. While I hope you find my recipes easy to recreate you must understand that what works for me, may not for you. We use different ovens, have different equipment, ingredients and skill levels. All of which means our results could differ. Please see my recipes as purely a guide with the ultimate instructions and variations defined by yourself.

Any storage advice, including about the freezing and chilling of food, is purely advice, given using my own experience. Any storing, freezing, and reheating is done at your own risk, and you should always use your own best judgment. If you have any doubts, consult this page for more advice.

In English

I do my best. My recipes and photos are honest but specific to my experience. They worked for me, with my skills, my equipment, my ingredients, and my oven. It might not work out the same for you. It’s not my fault!

We all buy things from different shops, and different brands, and from my experience ovens can give wildly different bakes/cooking times. Get to know yours, like I know mine, and adjust recipes accordingly.

Same for nutritional information. My recipes are correct to my specific ingredients and portions. If you buy your butter from a different brand, your info will be different. Please use my information as a guide only.
