1TablespoonButter
1/2Red Onionfinely diced
1TeaspoonGarlic Puree
1Bell Pepperdeseeded and diced
350gCooked Hotdog Sausagessliced diagonally
400gChopped Tomatoes
1TablespoonTomato Puree
1TablespoonMixed Herbs
1TeaspoonSmoked Paprika
PinchSalt and pepper

Instructions
Melt the butter in a large, flameproof, non-stick pan or dish over medium heat on the hob.
Add the red onion and fry for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in the garlic puree and peppers.
Cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in the hotdog sausages.
Pour in the chopped tomatoes and add the tomato puree, herbs, paprika and salt and pepper.
Stir well.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, reducing the heat if necessary and stirring occasionally until the sauce has thickened.
Drain the cooked pasta and stir through the sauce.
