Ingredients
2Tortilla Wraps
2Tins Tunadrained
4Pickled Gherkinsfinely chopped
3TablespoonsMayonnaise
2TeaspoonsDijon Mustard
50gCheddar Cheesegrated
Instructions
Mix the tuna, mayo, gherkins and mustard in a bowl.
Add more mayo if needed.
Divide evenly between two wraps, laying a thick line down the middle, with space at each end to wrap.
Sprinkle on the grated cheese.
Fold the sides in and wrap tightly.
Place them in the air fryer basket, seam side down, and lightly press them into place.
Air fry at 200 degrees C for five minutes, carefully turning over halfway. The seam should have cooked and sealed in place, so you shouldn’t need to worry about them opening.
