When ready to cook, rub the crispier tray on your air fryer with oil and preheat to 200 degrees C, setting for 10 minutes.
Carefully place the chicken on the air fryer tray in a single layer.
Air fry for 10 minutes, carefully turning after 5.
Use a food thermometer to make sure the chicken has reached 75 degrees C before serving.
Mix the yoghurt and mint, and spread on the wraps.
Add three mini fillets and salad.
Wrap tightly and serve.
Notes
If you don’t have a food thermometer, cut a large piece of chicken in half to make sure it’s cooked through and piping hot—air fry for a little longer if necessary.
Depending on the size and shape of your air fryer basket, you may need to cook the chicken in two batches.
